I am a level 2 Iyengar yoga teacher, and teach regular term-time classes in Balham, Tooting and Streatham.

Iyengar yoga is suitable for all levels of students at all ages. It is known for its attention to detail and use of props to enable poses to be done more effectively at whatever level of ability.

It is most beneficial to commit to a regular yoga class because each class is different, often with a special focus on an area of the body to be worked on. This means you get a very balanced practice, regularly working every muscle in your body. There are always alternatives to do if you are tired or injured, so you leave feeling much better than when you arrived.

Autumn term starts on week commencing 1st Sept 08 and runs through until week commencing 15th Dec 08, with last 2 weeks off in October for half term.

COSTS

Prepay per term £10/class.

Prepaid drop-in loyalty card  £74 for 6 classes (7th consecutive class free).  

Drop-in  £13/class.
